What you can say about it
Do not put "plastic-free" on your shelf edge. We do not claim it and you should not inherit it. What is true is "As little plastic as possible" — a claim you can defend to your own customer.
We pack paper-first, and we will tell you the two places we cannot: a courier's own film label, and the occasional component that reaches us sealed. Most of the range has no plastic in it at all; the few products that need one part to work are marked Minimal plastic on their page, which names the exact part.
