How long does delivery take?
We dispatch on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. Orders placed before 3 pm go out on the next dispatch day. Orders typically arrive in 3–6 working days depending on your PIN code. You get a tracking number by email as soon as the parcel leaves us.
Is shipping really free?
Shipping is free on orders above ₹499. Below that a flat shipping fee applies, shown in your basket before you pay.
Do you say you are plastic-free?
No, and we would rather explain why than claim it. We pack paper-first — recycled kraft cartons, paper tape, paper or seed-paper wraps inside, no bubble wrap and no polybags from us. But a courier prints its own label on film, and a few components reach us sealed. Calling that "plastic-free" would be a claim you could disprove by opening the box, so instead we use as little plastic as possible and name what is left.
Are your products plastic-free?
Most of them have no plastic in them at all — loofah, bathing bars, bamboo. A few things cannot be made without one small plastic part: a pump, a valve, a seal. Those are marked "Minimal plastic" and the product page names the exact part and why it is there. Tick "No plastic at all" in the shop filters to see only the first kind.
How do I care for a loofah?
Rinse it after each use and hang it somewhere it can dry fully between baths. Replace it every 4–6 weeks — the old one can go straight into your compost.
Can I cancel or return an order?
You can cancel from your account while the order is still "placed" or "packed". After delivery, unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 7 days — write to us and we'll arrange it.
Do prices include GST?
Yes, every price on the site is inclusive of GST. Your invoice shows the taxable value and the CGST/SGST split.
