Shipping

We dispatch on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. Orders placed before 3 pm go out on the next dispatch day. Delivery usually takes 3–6 working days depending on your PIN code. You receive a tracking number by email as soon as the parcel leaves us.

Shipping is free on orders above ₹499. Below that, a flat fee of ₹49 applies — always shown in your basket before you pay.

Packaging

Everything ships in recycled kraft cartons sealed with paper tape. Inside, items are wrapped in paper or seed paper. No bubble wrap, no polybags, no plastic film — the whole parcel can be composted or recycled.

Cancelling an order

You can cancel from your account while an order still shows as placed or packed. Stock returns to the shelf immediately and any payment is refunded to the original method.

Returns

If something arrives damaged or isn't what you expected, write to us within 7 days of delivery and we'll arrange a return or replacement. Items should be unused and in their original packaging. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the parcel reaches us; bank processing usually adds 7 working days.
