Our plastic promise
As little plastic as possible
We could print "plastic-free" on every page of this shop. Plenty of shops do. We stopped, because it is not a claim we can keep — and a claim you cannot keep is one your customer disproves by opening the box.
What we don't say
"100% plastic-free." Some of what we sell cannot be made without a plastic part, and some of what leaves our table cannot be shipped without one — a courier prints its own label on film, and a component occasionally reaches us sealed. Saying zero would mean hoping you never looked.
What we do say
As little plastic as possible. We pack paper-first and design plastic out wherever it can come out — and where a part still needs it, we name that part. That is a smaller sentence and a much bigger commitment, because you can check every part of it.

Paper first, everywhere it can be
Recycled kraft cartons, paper tape, paper or seed-paper wraps inside. No bubble wrap and no polybags from us.

Plastic only where the thing stops working without it
A pump, a valve, a seal. If a product carries a plastic part, its page names the part and says why it is there — you never have to guess.

What we cannot control, we declare
A courier prints its own label and it is film, not paper. We would rather tell you that than let you find it in the box after reading the word "plastic-free".
Where the plastic actually is
In the parcel
Recycled kraft carton, paper tape, paper or seed-paper wrap inside. We add no bubble wrap and no polybags. What we cannot choose is the courier's own shipping label, which is a plastic-coated film on every network operating in India.
In the product
Most of the range has none at all — loofah, bathing bars, bamboo. Where a product needs one part that only plastic can be (a pump, a valve, a seal) its page says Minimal plastic and names the exact part. You are never left guessing which is which.
Straight answers
Do you say you are plastic-free?
No, and we would rather explain why than claim it. We pack paper-first — recycled kraft cartons, paper tape, paper or seed-paper wraps inside, no bubble wrap and no polybags from us. But a courier prints its own label on film, and a few components reach us sealed. Calling that "plastic-free" would be a claim you could disprove by opening the box, so instead we use as little plastic as possible and name what is left.
Are your products plastic-free?

Those are marked "Minimal plastic" and the product page names the exact part and why it is there. Tick "No plastic at all" in the shop filters to see only the first kind.
