1. Who we are

Bikli sells personal-care products through this website and ships within India. These terms, together with our privacy policy and shipping & returns policy, apply to every visit and every order. Placing an order means you accept them. Questions go to care@bikli.in.

2. Products and descriptions

Our products are made from natural materials, so colour, texture, weight and size vary a little from piece to piece and from the photographs. Each product page states the net quantity, generic name, country of origin and manufacturer as required under the Legal Metrology rules. If a listing turns out to be wrong, we will tell you before dispatch and you may cancel for a full refund.

3. Prices and tax

Every price on the site is in Indian rupees and includes GST. Your invoice shows the taxable value and the tax split. Delivery charges, if any, and any cash-on-delivery fee are shown in your basket before you pay. Prices can change without notice, but the price you see when you place an order is the price you pay. If a price is clearly a mistake we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

4. Placing an order

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we dispatch the goods and send you the dispatch email; until then we may decline or cancel an order — for example if stock has run out, a payment does not clear, or we cannot deliver to the address given. If we cancel a paid order, you receive a full refund. You must be at least 18, or ordering with a parent's or guardian's consent.

5. Payment

You can pay online through our payment provider by card, UPI or netbanking. Cash on delivery is available where the courier offers it; please keep the exact amount ready for the courier. We never see or store your card details — the payment provider handles them on its own pages. An order that is awaiting online payment is not confirmed until the payment goes through.

6. Delivery

We dispatch on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. Orders placed before 3 pm go out on the next dispatch day. Delivery usually takes 3–6 working days depending on your PIN code, and we email you a tracking number when the parcel leaves us. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Please check that the address and phone number you give are correct: a parcel returned because it could not be delivered may be re-sent at your cost, or refunded less the delivery charge. Risk in the goods passes to you when the parcel is delivered.

7. Cancellations, returns and refunds

You can cancel from your account while an order still shows as placed or packed; the payment is refunded to the method you paid with. After delivery, unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 7 days — write to us and we will arrange it. Refunds are issued once the parcel reaches us; banks usually take 7 working days to show the credit. The full detail is on the shipping & returns page.

8. Coupons and offers

A coupon applies only to the orders, products and dates it says it does, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may be withdrawn if it is misused or was issued in error. One coupon per order unless the offer says otherwise.

9. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password private and for everything done through your account. Keep the details on it accurate — your order confirmations, tracking links and the courier's call all go to what you have entered. You can sign every device out of your account by changing your password.

10. Reviews and anything else you post

Reviews are open to customers who have bought the product. By posting one you give us permission to show it on this site, with your first name and a verified-buyer badge. Keep it honest and your own; we remove reviews that are abusive, off-topic, written for money or not about a purchase.

11. Using this site

The photographs, words, logo and design of this site belong to Bikli or its licensors and may not be copied for commercial use without permission. Do not try to interfere with the site, probe it for weaknesses, or use automated tools to place orders or scrape prices beyond what our robots policy allows.

12. Our responsibility to you

Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act 2019 or other Indian law that cannot be excluded. Beyond those rights, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for losses that were not a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms. Our products are for external personal care; if you have a known skin condition or allergy, check the ingredients listed on the product page and stop using a product if it irritates.

13. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the version on this page when you place an order is the one that applies to it. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in India. If a part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies.
